How to Request a Return

All return requests must be submitted via email.
To request a return, please email wearsyntra@gmail.com with your order number, a clear reason for the return, and any relevant photos if the item is faulty.
Your email subject line must follow this format: RETURN – Order Number.

 Requests submitted without the correct subject format may not be processed.

Returns & Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in “as new” condition, with all original packaging included. All tags, labels, and hygiene or tamper seals must be intact, and proof of purchase is required.

Important hygiene notice: if the hygiene or tamper label attached to the sunglasses leg has been removed, altered, or damaged, the item will not be eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear or use, items with removed or damaged hygiene seals, sale or promotional items (unless faulty), or requests made outside the 14-day return window. Syntra reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and a description of the issue. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund. Faulty items must still be returned for inspection.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Items remain your responsibility until received and signed for by us, and we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Right to Refuse Returns

Syntra reserves the right to refuse any return that does not follow the return request process, fails inspection for non-faulty items, or is returned outside of our policy terms.
