Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Delivery timeframes begin once the order has been dispatched, not from the date of purchase.
United Kingdom Delivery
Free Standard Delivery (2–5 business days)
Free standard delivery is available on all UK orders.
Free Express Delivery (1–3 business days)
Free express delivery is available on orders over £75.
Express Delivery – £4.95 (1–2 business days)
Customers can choose express delivery at checkout for £4.95.
All UK deliveries are fulfilled via Evri. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
International Delivery
We ship internationally using DPD.
International shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on destination, parcel size, and courier rates. No additional fees are added by us.
All international orders are shipped on a Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) basis.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Syntra is not responsible for any customs or import charges incurred.
Delivery Responsibility
Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate and complete. Syntra cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs processes, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking information shows that an order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible. A courier investigation will be initiated in these cases. Refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation has been completed.
Syntra is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier.
Delivery Times & Liability
All delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once a parcel has been dispatched, responsibility transfers to the courier, and Syntra is not liable for delays, losses, or damages that occur during transit.
