1. About Us
These Terms of Service govern the sale of products by Syntra. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

3. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian. You also confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Products and Descriptions
All product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only. Colours, finishes, and details may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing tolerances. Sunglasses sold by Syntra are fashion eyewear and are not medical or prescription devices.
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without notice. Payment must be made in full before an order is dispatched. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods shown at checkout.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included in the product price. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer. International orders are shipped duties unpaid.
6. Order Acceptance and Confirmation
An order is accepted once payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock, payment cannot be processed, there is an error in pricing or product information, or if fraud or misuse is suspected. If an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
7. Changes and Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once placed. Address changes after checkout are not guaranteed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather conditions, or events outside our control. Risk passes to you once the order has been delivered to the address provided. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Items must be returned within 14 days, unworn and unused, with the hygiene or tamper seal fully intact. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Returns must be requested via email. Items with a removed or damaged hygiene seal are not eligible for return or refund.
10. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by email. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. We will advise on the next steps once reviewed.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are responsible only for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these Terms. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, misuse of products, normal wear and tear, or events outside our control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, designs, and text, is the property of Syntra. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
13. Fraud and Abuse
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block future purchases where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of returns, or misuse of our policies.

15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
